Yesterday Concorde Capital opened the doors to its new Moscow office, becoming the first Ukrainian investment company to do so. The new office, in conjunction with the existing Kyiv post, will allow Concorde Capital to expand operations on the Russian market.

Concorde Capital Places 24.4% Stake in MCB Agricole Holding AG
MCB Agricole Holding AG (Vienna), owner of Ukrzernoprom Agro Ltd, one of the largest agricultural companies in Ukraine, has successfully completed placement of a 24.4% equity stake for USD 56 mln, giving the company a total MCap of USD 230 mln. The shares were listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on March 12. Concorde Capital acted as lead manager and sole bookrunner of the placement.
